LEAP Driving School has a range of driving lesson packages to help you learn to drive and become a better driver. We teach practical skills as well as techniques to help you be more capable behind the wheel.
Our advanced and defensive driving lessons will teach you how to avoid hazards when you’re on the road. We have an excellent pass rate for learner drivers who endeavour to get their driver’s licence. We can also teach mature-age clients to handle a vehicle with ease.

Driving lesson prices (for manual or automatic car):
- 1 hour lesson $100
- Package of 3x 1-hour lessons $265
- Package of 5x 1-hour lessons $435
- Package of 10x 1-hour lessons $860
- X 1 1-hour lesson & LEAP care hire for P's test $160
- X 2 1-hour lessons & LEAP car hire for P’s test $250
Prices are the same across night-time, daytime and weekend and public holidays.
- Package of 2 Lessons & Test - $260
This affordable package includes 2 hours of tuition, as well as the use of the car for the duration of your test.
Same car used in the lesson can be used for the test.

Our Cars & Trucks
At LEAP Driving School, we are here to help guide and instruct you into becoming self-assured, skilled and safe Queensland drivers.
Instructor Andrew is very experienced in tuition for persons with a learning difficulty and takes a positive approach to instruction. He is incredibly patient with everyone, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
We currently offer manual and automatic ‘Class C vehicle’ driving lessons. Our vehicles are modern – a manual Hyundai Accent and an automatic Suzuki Swift. Each vehicle is enjoyable and easy to drive for learners.
Lessons can also be done in manual and automatic trucks. For HR trucks, we offer automatic, Synchromesh and crash box.
We can offer driving refreshers for parents that are teaching their learners. Call to discuss!
Cancellations must be done at least 24 hours before the lesson, or 50% of the fee will be charged.
Car Hire Conditions
- Any actions, whether they are intentional, reckless or careless, that results in any damage to the vehicle or property of LEAP Driving School or the property of another, you will be liable for the cost of repairs relating to damage caused or the insurance excess applicable.
- Any traffic infringement notices arising because you breached the road rules during the course of your lesson and/or during the period of hiring the vehicle for the driving test, you must take responsibility and pay.
